Give your sore muscles some tender loving care with this soothing bath soak made from garden herbs and Epsom salt. It’s perfect for relaxing after a tough day in the garden or an intense workout.
When you dissolve Epsom salt in water, it breaks down into magnesium and sulfate. Magnesium is crucial for your overall health and well-being. A lack of this nutrient can lead to various illnesses. Magnesium levels affect not just your physical health but also your mental well-being. Low magnesium can disrupt hormones, increase stress, and even affect your mood. Epsom salt is an excellent way to boost your magnesium levels, especially when paired with DIY Magnesium Oil.
This bath soak, combined with the healing properties of herbs, pine needles, and essential oils, will relax your muscles and ease stiff joints. Pine needles, eucalyptus, and mint have natural pain-relieving qualities, while Epsom salt and lavender help soothe and relax. After one of these baths, you’re sure to get a restful night’s sleep.
